Calcium powder is a handy mineral supplement for isopods, millipedes, and other invertebrates. It provides an easy source of calcium, which helps support healthy moulting, strong exoskeleton development, and general growth.
I like to keep a calcium source available in most of my setups, especially for species that seem to enjoy more mineral-rich conditions. Some keepers prefer cuttlebone or coral bone, but calcium powder is useful when you want something that can be lightly dusted onto food or mixed through part of the substrate.
Calcium powder may also help buffer substrate acidity, which can support a more stable pH in mineral-rich setups. As with most supplements, you do not need loads — a little goes a long way.

Usage Instructions:

Avoid using too much at once, as high mineral levels may affect substrate chemistry over time. I would always start with a small amount and adjust based on the species and setup.
