Shipping Policy
At Onlypods, we are committed to dispatching your orders promptly and ensuring they arrive in the safest condition possible. Please review the information below to understand our shipping practices and your responsibilities as a customer.
1. Dispatch Schedule
- Orders are dispatched every Monday.
- To qualify for same-week dispatch, orders must be placed by 3:00 PM on Sunday.
- Orders placed after this cut-off will be dispatched the following Monday.
2. Shipping Methods
We currently offer two shipping options:

Royal Mail 24hr:
Standard delivery with no Live Arrival Guarantee. Orders shipped via this method are sent at the buyer’s own risk. -
Royal Mail 1pm Special Delivery:
Next-day delivery with Live Arrival Guarantee. This service is required to be eligible for replacement of live animals under our Refund & Replacement Policy.
3. Temperature Advisory
It is your responsibility to check local overnight temperatures before placing an order.
If temperatures are expected to fall below 5°C, we reserve the right to delay your shipment for the safety of live animals.
4. UK-Only Shipping
Onlypods ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.
International orders are not accepted and will be automatically refunded.
5. Delivery Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure prompt delivery, delays can occur due to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Courier service disruptions
- Industrial action or unforeseen logistical issues
Onlypods is not liable for such delays but will offer support where possible.
6. Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) Claims
The Live Arrival Guarantee applies only to live animals shipped via Royal Mail 1pm Special Delivery.
To qualify for a replacement under this guarantee:
- You must submit clear photo or video evidence of deceased animals
- Evidence must be sent within 1 hour of the recorded delivery time
- Send your claim to onlypodsstore@gmail.com, and include your order number
Late claims may still be considered, but replacements will be at our discretion.
