Freeze-Dried Peas – Plant-Based Protein and Fibre Source

Freeze-dried peas are a natural, lightweight food made by removing moisture while preserving the plant’s protein, fibre, and micronutrients. They can be used as an occasional supplemental food for isopods, millipedes, and other detritivores to add variety to their diet.

When softened with moisture, peas provide an easily accessible food source that breaks down naturally, supporting microbial activity and detritivore feeding behaviour.

Usage Instructions:
Crush or break into small pieces and lightly moisten before use. Offer sparingly once every 1–2 weeks. Remove any uneaten food after 24–48 hours to prevent mould growth.
