Dried Lichen – Natural Forage and Habitat Material

Dried lichen is a natural material harvested from clean, pesticide-free environments. It serves as both a decorative and functional addition to bioactive enclosures, providing surface cover, moisture retention, and a food source for isopods especially Ardentiella and other detritivores.

As lichen decomposes, it contributes trace minerals and organic matter to the substrate, supporting microfauna activity and overall enclosure health.

Usage Instructions:
Place small pieces throughout the enclosure as surface cover or mix lightly into the substrate. Replace as it decomposes naturally over time. Avoid using excessive amounts, as it may reduce airflow or retain too much moisture.
